Head of Division:in the field of corporate customers (m/w/d) – VZ/TZ

In this exciting function you can expect a key position with a lot of design playroom. You lead your team, develop the company's customer business strategically and accompany demanding customers:into a competent: contact person. In doing so, you combine entrepreneurial thinking with modern leadership and boost sustainable success.

Your tasks:

Leadership & Development You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, promote their individual skills, carry out regular development and performance feedback and ensure a motivating, supportive working environment. Strategic development You will develop the department and the corporate customer business forward-looking, identify growth potentials and consistently align strategies with the corporate goals. Customer Care & Recreation You enter a challenging portfolio of important corporate and corporate customers personally and holistic, develop individual financing solutions and build long-term, trusting customer relationships. Risk Management & Compliance You are responsible for growth and earnings as well as the risk-conscious management of complex credit commitments. You will ensure a balanced balance between market and risk targets, assess credit risks and make decisions within your competence taking into account supervisory requirements. Representation & Network Management You represent our house to the outside, reflect existing relationships and actively build networks to further strengthen our position in the region.

What you bring: Bachelor with focus on BWL / Finance, Sparkassenbetriebswirt:in or a comparable qualification with professional reference. Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees Many years of experience in customer consulting, especially from corporate customers, preferably from the Sparkassenumfeld. Expertise in the assessment of financing projects, balance sheet analysis and development of demand-oriented financing solutions according to legal requirements (WpHG, MaRisk, MiFID and internal compliance guidelines). Strategic thinking, strength of decision and a high degree of sense of responsibility Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in developing people and shaping changes
