Advisor to the branch management (m/f/d)

You support the branch management in strategic, construction and real estate projects and tasks In doing so, you participate in planning and also conduct independent project management on strategically relevant topics (strategy, operational construction project business, reorganisation, quality management, etc.) You create independent evaluations and analyze business data on real estate and construction topics You create policy templates and presentations in close cooperation with branch management, specialist departments and central organisation You undertake the preparation and follow-up, the logging of meetings, meetings and workshops, as well as the follow-up of decisions and decisions of the branch management You work closely with the branch management and the assistance area in the organization of the daily business You contribute to the internal communication of the branch management and are responsible for public relations

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You ideally bring together at least two years of professional experience in a comparable task and are interested in construction and real estate issues Your target orientation and flexibility in dealing with changing framework conditions are just as important as your business-oriented thinking and extraordinary organisational skills You work structured, independent and result-oriented In addition, you communicate address-friendly and have an authentic and safe occurrence You are routined in dealing with standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) as well as open to acquiring the use of in-house applications such as SAP You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 55.000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
