ARD Klassik is the joint classic offer of the ARD. The tasks of our team at BR Klassik include management, content creation and community dialogue for the associated social media channels. Together with you, we want to closely follow the needs and concerns of our audience and to expand the trusting relationship with our followership through continuous communication. In your job as a student of work, you support the presentation of the comments and messages of our ever-growing community and set impulses through knowledge-based, empathic and humorous interactions. You contribute to a non-discriminatory and inclusive exchange of the classical community. Support in active interaction and relationship building with our classic community by moderating comments, messages and feedback on all our social media platforms With the help of evaluating the activity of our users: to improve our offers Observing trends and identifying opportunities to expand our fan interaction Bringing the community perspective into the creative exchange with the social media team

You are a registered student (w/m/d) at a university/university Passion for classical music, communication and emotional exchange with people Strong written and oral communication skills Good knowledge and experience in dealing with social media platforms, in particular Facebook, Instagram and TikTok; Knowledge of how to use YouTube and Twitch is beneficial Enthusiasm for social media trends and a high motivation to learn new things Experience in using analytics and tools to measure social media success Creativity and the ability to respond quickly to changing requirements and challenges Happy work in the team
