We make port: With great passion, we keep running the infrastructure of the Port of Hamburg around the clock. We are more than 1,900 HPA colleagues who drive forward advanced ideas to develop Hamburg's heart and make the port a bit more sustainable every day.

The Corporate Development and Compliance (CDC) team has the task of further developing the HPA with the focus on legal certainty and the successful orientation to the corporate goals. The 13-member team combines the competences of process, quality, knowledge, organization and compliance management. We present, on the one hand, the existing framework (governance) and related tools and methods.

As a working student*in you work with ServiceNow in the project “Advancement of an Employee Center”. You structure content like “Knowledge Articles” and the Service Catalogue, so You are clearly understandable. In addition, you develop and care for editorial guides and perform regular content inventory that matches the style guide. In addition, you prepare tests, accompany their implementation and document the feedback received. You’ll create communication materials such as guides or short tutorials that will bring users on quickly. By analyzing usage data, you contribute to continuously improving content and processes. Finally, you actively support the further development of the system and introduce your own ideas.

You are an immatricated student*in one of the following or similar courses: economics or social sciences, information or communication sciences, economic engineering. You have a strong interest in economic, organizational and technological relations. You bring a strong IT affinity and feel at home in digital environments. First experience in the organization and development of the company is desirable. You have secure user knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. You have a good analytical mindset and high abstraction capability. Your good expressiveness in the German language (word and writing) will help you with presentations and communication with internal customers. You have a strong team understanding and good communication and conflict skills.
