Finance Manager (m/f/d)

As Finance Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on financial accounting, you take responsibility for the financial accounting of neuland.ai AG and ensure the correct, structured and timely execution of all financially relevant processes.

You work closely with the CFO, another finance employee as well as external tax advisors and ensure transparency, efficiency and continuous optimization of our financial processes. Your tasks • Implementation and responsibility of all financial accounting • Ensuring smooth document flow and booking of all business incidents in DATEV • Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in consultation with the external tax office • Support for the CFO and the Executive Board in the preparation of monthly financial reporting and the implementation of ad hoc analyses • Central interface to the tax office and coordination of all tax issues • Monitoring full and timely billing of shared offers using digital tools • Control and depreciation of all payment transactions and execution of payment reminders • Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and employees • Development and optimization of financial processes through digitalization and automation • Contact person:for all commercial matters within the agency

• Complete commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualification (e.g. financial accountant:in, tax specialist:in, account holder:in) • Multiannual professional experience in the financial sector, ideally in the agency or start-up environment • Very good knowledge of DATEV (especially DATEV companies online) and MS Office, especially Excel • Structured, independent and careful operation • High communication skills and team orientation • Interest in process optimization and digitalization in the financial sector • flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing
