In the Development Support Services unit, we are responsible for providing all services related to software development in LBBW. In the unit, the team of the development environment ensures that the LBBW software developers are equipped with the optimal tools. From terminal servers to the IDE to the specialized developer notebook, the team takes care of a stable operation and ensures innovative solutions.

Responsibility for the centrally defined deployment process and its continuous improvement Operation, management and development of deployment tools Integration of responsible tools and processes into the existing IT landscape Requirement and stakeholder management for your own responsibility Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal control systems Monitoring deployments in various environments (e.g. development, testing, production environments) Supporting the team to secure the other services offered in the context of the software development toolchain

Complete studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications At least 1 year of proven experience in the introduction and operation of Azure DevOps, GitLab or GitHub Enterprise detectable experience in at least one of the following automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Salt or Groovy At least 3 years of experience in working by Scrum or SAFe Excellent communication skills and presentation experience, even before senior management Proactive and independent operation Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Knowledge of software development, system architecture and IT infrastructure Very good German knowledge of language and writing
