Team Leader HVR Documentation (m/f/d)

Discipline and professional personnel management, promotion and qualification as well as performance assessment and target agreement of the directly assigned employees of the HMMS2 team (HVR documentation), possibly in hybrid areas of responsibility Working closely with the Department Manager on strategic personnel needs development Continuous development of professional know-how in the team Advising the management of the business unit in cost planning Cooperation in defining the business unit strategy and developing the team strategy Cooperation on the strategy and optimization of the business unit Implementation of resource and utilization planning in coordination with the needs of the projects and with the other areas of the business unit in regular coordination with the GE management Ensure the technical performance within the time, cost and quality framework agreed with project managers/managers Identification, promotion and enforcement of synergy effects and efficiency increases in agile multi-project processing Track market/customer development and relevant technology trends Generating new process, project or product ideas in coordination with the higher level Support of customers and partners at relevant management level Coordination of complex projects within HMMS Participation in the creation of offers according to the offer process Technical support and technological advice of productive organisational units in their acquisition activities Support the management of the business unit in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, offers and project progress

Complete study of engineering, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable subject Long-term, versatile professional experience in the environment of maritime systems, training and logistical support Comprehensive experience in the management of projects and the logistical support of complex maritime systems during the procurement process and as part of the use Basic knowledge of system development processes (V-model) Extensive knowledge of requirements management Experience and expertise in the system management of maritime systems in the military and public security sector Experience with contracting authorities in the field of security and defence German and English skills, other foreign languages of advantage Embossed analytical conceptual skills Experience in defining and controlling processes and the ability to integrate all relevant stakeholders Basic knowledge of the market situation and special customer orientation Ability to penetrate complex situations as well as the ability to clearly convey complex relationships Ability to Priority and Self-Organization Intercultural competence Target and solution-oriented thinking High level of business understanding and cost-conscious action Target and result orientation Excellent quality awareness Embossed customer and service orientation Willingness to travel on a large scale Impressive ability to consult Industry knowledge in the fields of military and authorities, naval technology, ship technology and ship system technology Experience with partners and suppliers Contact and communication strength Sovereign and safe occurrence with high didactic proportions Recognize, track and unlock new business opportunities Ability to analyze deviations and take appropriate measures Safe handling of customers and customer requirements Solid understanding of governmental and military procurement processes Embossed negotiation technology Ability to motivation and lead employees Experience in multi-project management Teamability and good written and oral expressiveness Persuasiveness and High Level of Enforcement and Resilience Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation
