Our client is a medium-sized, Allgäu traditional company, rooted and established in the region for more than 150 years. 100 employees are responsible for commercial, public and private clients from planning to implementation of tailor-made construction projects, from individual to turnkey. The family business can build on a strake, well-established team from long-term employees and creates confidence and transparency with flat hierarchies and short decision-making.

At the next possible time, we can exclusively occupy the responsible position of a Calculator Building (m/w/d) indefinitely and full-time. In this function, you will independently plan on an average of 100 construction projects per year with volumes of between EUR 100,000 and EUR 3 million, analyse and evaluate tenders, perform coordination with the predominantly local suppliers, sub-contractors, the construction management, the architects and the builders and lead your projects with high IT and numerical affinity as well as costing skills to economic success. Testing and evaluation of tenders, plans and technical specifications Self-determination of the quantities of building materials and services Own takeover of the costing of construction services of all plants Determination of costing bases and creation of performance directories Tendering and awarding of contractors Creation of offers, order and follow-up calculations for construction projects or individual works in coordination with construction and technical management Creation and maintenance of performance directories for construction services Development of technical and economic alternatives and optimizations Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as builders, architects and entrepreneurs

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), or Master (m/w/d) in the field of construction Multiannual practical experience in building as a building manager or in the calculation of complex construction projects as well as in the relevant calculation programs Analytical thinking, economic understanding and negotiation skills Experience with public procurement procedures and international tenders desirable You are flexible, organize themselves completely independently and keep a cool head even in stressful times Ideally, you come from the region, are well connected and speak the language of people on site
