Task profile: As a location manager, you take the entrepreneurial and organizational responsibility for our location in Hanau. You lead a dedicated team, secure smooth processes and contribute decisively to the sustainable success of our company. This means: Sales & Customer Management Active sales and new customer acquisitions in the B2B sector Customer advice on technical questions and individual requirements Maintenance of existing customer relationships Negotiation of terms, prices and contracts Analysis of sales figures (margin, sales and sales development) Business organization and logistics Monitoring budget and financial planning including account management Ensuring smooth operations in warehouses, logistics and material management Support of central purchasing in material disposition and daily business with suppliers Control of stocks within the meaning of FIFO and from economic considerations Preparation and implementation of inventory Strategic development & marketing Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies Planning and organisation of trade fair appearances Identification and establishment of new business areas Support of product certifications Personal management & corporate culture Professional and disciplinary leadership of the site team Ensuring corporate communication Planning of personnel use Support and further development of employees Key users in the goods management system

Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in sales, ideally in the field of water-bearing fittings or the eraser technology Funded technical understanding in the field of tasks Success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Experience in the management and implementation of contract and price negotiations Embossed business understanding Leadership experience with focus on motivation, development and team orientation readiness to travel within Germany English language skills Safe handling of MS Office and a CRM system driving licence class B High communication and social competence Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Pragmatism and solution orientation Own initiative, implementation strength and sense of responsibility
