Your focus is on the target group-specific candidate language via social networks such as LinkedIn or Xing - you identify talents, conduct conversations and actively develop our talent pool. A positive Candidate Experience is your first priority: You enter into contact with potential candidates:inside directly and accompany them from initial contact to contract signing. In doing so, you represent our company and help us inspire the appropriate talents. You actively contribute to the further development of our Active Sourcing strategy within the Bechtle Group and set new impulses. Last but not least, you are an important link between our disciplines and the candidates to ensure a smooth coordination process.

Completed study or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in Active Sourcing, ideally in the IT environment You have fun dealing with people and are born/in networkers. Personally, we especially like your persuasiveness and your communication strength with which you are as pleasant as sovereign.
