Support of HR Business Partners in implementing all personaladministrative measures Self-creation of contract documents such as work contracts, contract supplements and general certificates Contact person for HR-relevant questions on operational personnel work, such as applications, workflows etc. Management and maintenance of personal files Independent control and implementation of HR projects (e.g. operational health management) Working with HR strategies to further develop HR services and processes Support in the introduction of new HR tools and processes Creation of reports and evaluations
