Manager Quality Business Controlling (m/f/d)

You report to the Director Business Controlling and proactively support this in the strategic orientation of quality control In doing so, you control cross-quality topics throughout the Business Controlling department and ensure their successful implementation You are responsible for the strategic process of the annual targets in the context of quality and across the range within Hermes Germany Your tasks include the preparation and sovereign moderation of internal and external quality appointments, routines and performance meetings For our products, you will focus on quality within the logistics value chain at any time You are setting impulses for further expansion and the interaction of quality formats as well as their result-oriented communication paths within the framework of the Business Partnering You work closely with the Team Controlling Tools & Reporting and control cross-sectoral further development needs in terms of quality reports and new key figures As a strategic business partner for the top management, you deliver sound basis of decision to achieve our corporate goals For this purpose, you control the necessary analyses and initiate appropriate improvement measures in the event of deviations in quality indicators. In strategic questions or projects you are the first point of contact when it comes to quality You actively shape and drive the continuous improvement process and represent the principles of our quality standards within the organization

A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable discipline, forms the basis of your expertise You have already gained several years of experience in process, quality or performance management, ideally in a logistic or operating environment Co-ordinating themes and promoting them together with different stakeholders will give you pleasure You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, a high number and process affinity as well as a structured way of working You have a sovereign appearance and communicate safely at different hierarchical levels as well as with different contact persons You are able to quickly adjust to different stakeholders, colleagues and new work situations You're an empathic team player. Own initiative, sense of responsibility and strength of enforcing characterize you You have good knowledge of how to use MS Office as well as BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or Tableau
