We are looking for an assistant physician Geriatrische Rehabilitation (m/w/d) in full-time/part-time to expand our medical team in Bad Sebastiansweiler.

As an assistant physician (m/w/d) in Geriatric Rehabilitation, you are part of a dedicated team dedicated to the holistic care of older patients. In this role you support medical care and contribute to improving the quality of life of our patients. Implementation of geriatric assessments and preparation of individual treatment plans Close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists and nursing staff Creating laboratory and EKG analytics when recording, running and dismissal Monitoring and adaptation of therapeutic measures for optimal patient care Planning of post-stationary social-medical care in close cooperation with specialist and social services Ensuring the timely documentation of treatment history and release documents Advice and support of patients and their relatives on medical issues

We are looking for a motivated and committed assistant physician (m/w/d), who is passionate about Geriatric rehabilitation. The following qualifications and skills are desirable: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) - Please attach the Approbation Certificate to the application documents Team skills and communication strength in the interdisciplinary environment High empathy and empathy in dealing with older people Good organizational skills and independent work Standing for continuous training Participation in standby services
