International Tax Manager (m/f/d)

As International Tax Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for tax issues in a national and international environment. Together with Finance, Group Tax and external partners, you secure compliance and support strategic corporate decisions. Total Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for corporate tax, commercial tax, turnover tax and wage tax as well as compliance with relevant tax requirements

Tax Compliance & exams: You coordinate tax returns, accompany audits and ensure compliance with tax requirements

Governance & Tax Control Framework: You develop the Tax Control Framework, evaluate relevant tax developments and support measures in Tax Risk Management

Tax advice & international projects: You advise on transactions, restructurings and new business models and support international tax compliance issues as well as strategic tax projects

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering: You work closely with Finance, HR, external tax advisors and other internal contacts and develop pragmatic solutions for complex issues

Cooperation in the international environment: You support Firmwide Tax Director, work with international teams across the site and travel to national and international locations as needed

This position is now to be filled in full time. Possible locations are Hamburg, Leipzig, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Walldorf, Stuttgart and Munich. Please submit your application documents in English.

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in the fields of taxation, law, economy or finance; Advantages of tax consultants or comparable qualifications

Professional experience & industry competence: 5–7 years of experience in tax consulting and/or in-house taxi function of an international company

Tax expertise: Funded knowledge of corporate tax, commercial tax, turnover tax and payroll issues

International tax environment: experience with international tax law and cross-border structures (e.g. transfer pricing, source taxes or workshops); Experiences in Austria and/or Switzerland are advantageous

Analyzing & Working: Embossed Analytical Skills and a Structured, Strategic and At the same time Pragmatic Working

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Sovereign communication in German and English as well as experience in business partnering and dealing with external consultants
