Completed studies in economics, (economic) psychology, pedagogy with a focus on personnel development or Completed commercial training, ideally in finance, with several years of experience in consulting & sales Additional qualification in the field of training, coaching or adult education is advantageous (providing them to acquire) Strategic thinking and action Experience in seminar and workshop design and digital training formats Expertise about blended learning concepts You have a pronounced social competence, believe in the development ability of people and have fun watching them grow
