• Application support via telephone hotline and ticket processing
• Support of central and decentralized client infrastructure / support of access management via Active Directory / support of mobile communication components / support of central and decentralized network infrastructure
• appointment and quality processing of assigned 1st and 2nd level requests
• Change and user and authorization management
• IT inventory of hardware and software components
• Process documentation
• Functional, infrastructure and process improvements
• Planning, organisation and implementation of training in relevant tasks

Your qualifications:

(m/w/d) or comparable qualifications

• Very good German and English knowledge
• readiness to travel
• Class B driving licence
