As a speaker in the field of communication with the focus on media, you support the effective positioning of GLS Bank by professional media work on social media. You make sure that content is strategically planned, high-quality produced and targeted through matching social media channels. Through continuous analysis, further development of formats and data-based optimization, you are helping to measurably increase the range, relevance and effect of the communication and strengthen the target group binding.

In this role you take: Editorial Planning & Content Production: You participate in the topic planning and develop content for different social media channels – from idea to publication. You pay attention to content and visual quality and can also implement it yourself. Implementation & Development of Formats: You support the development of existing media formats and introduce yourself to new formats. You will also help to further develop the content strategy according to target groups. Monitoring & Evaluation: You collect and analyze relevant key figures such as range or commitment, prepare reports and derive first optimization steps from them. Social Media Coordination: You enter the social media team, coordinate the tasks and become a contact person for social media topics at GLS Bank. You have a look at the values of GLS Bank. Influencer Marketing, Community Management & Corporate Influencer: You can support the team with your experience and take part as a holiday representative.

This is ideally brought with you: A completed study in the field of marketing, communication, media, BWL, journalism or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the field of social media. Professional experience in planning and creating targeted content for various social media channels and strategic planning. You can also work well in the team. Understanding the functioning and trends of common social media channels. Security in the handling of media codes as well as a structured, reliable operation in communication projects.
