Specialist AI Automation in Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

Analyse, structure and automate processes in proALPHA (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and the CPQ solution with focus on benefits, acceptance and data quality You work closely with sales, marketing, product management and IT You create pragmatic and understandable governance, monitoring and quality assurance processes You design, pilot and continuously improve generative and rule-based AI automations You are responsible for AI, taking into account transparency, data protection and quality You translate technical possibilities into concrete, measurable added value for users and serve B2B and customer portals (e.g. SAP Ariba, SupplyOn) You coordinate ERP/CRM integrations (EDI / API) and communicate with external partners You accompany and empower key users and build short, effective training and learning formats You actively receive feedback, promote the use and sustainably accompany the Go level You are the central contact person for sales, marketing and product management You take requirements structured, moderate and prioritize these You actively build bridges between business, IT and external service providers

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification and can easily convey complex changes and relationships You have a pronounced analysis and implementation strength, a structured working method and very good communication and team skills You have experience in handling ERP and CRM systems, ideally proALPHA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales You have knowledge of eProcurement platforms such as SAP Ariba or SupplyOn, which is beneficial You have a sense to translate technical solutions in clear benefits for users You bring experience in change management or have a high level of readiness, curiosity and joy in continuous improvement You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
