Accountant - Financial Accounting / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Our company has been present in Germany for over 30 years and today consists of 100 employees who support customers in Germany, Austria and German Switzerland.

We offer investment and hedging solutions and flow products for equity and bond markets as well as a full range of investment banking solutions that include acquisition financing, capital acquisition on the foreign and equity market, and M&A consulting through our global M&A network. We also offer financing, in particular in the global sectors of Natixis CIB, including electricity and renewable energies, infrastructure and real estate, and have its own German mortgage bank. This enables us to develop tailor-made real estate financing solutions for customers in Germany and throughout Europe.

Our entire range is enhanced by Natixis CIB's expertise in Green & Sustainable Finance, which enables us to offer financial solutions to help our customers reduce the environmental impact of their activities. You are responsible for capital income tax applications, keeps deadlines and examines tax issues You first write corporate tax declarations, commercial tax declarations and transfer the turnover tax execution You enter the income taxes (Corporate Tax) for both units You are responsible for the sales tax (VAT) for both units You judge the tax treatment of brokerage fees (Agency Fees) You check the tax treatment of attorney bills You are working on corporate tax and sales tax issues

You vote main and secondary You carry out investment accounting You will first complete monthly financial statements and annual financial statements according to HGB You will set up current tax returns, in particular VAT and return tax returns You take creditor accounting including account accounts, payment transactions and liquidity planning as well as debitor accounting with payment receipts and reminders You perform the daily tasks in accounting, carry out bank bookings, tune Nostro accounts and draw up statistics as well as evaluations from financial accounting and auditing systems

You are an experienced tax manager with well-founded expertise in banking taxation and brings three years of professional experience with You are sure to deal with corporate tax matters, secure compliance with national and international tax rules and advises business stakeholders on tax-efficient solutions You bring at least three years of professional experience as an accountant or financial accountant You are familiar with the vote of the main and secondary book and carry out investment accounting You have knowledge of creditor and debitor accounting including account accounts, payment transactions, payment inputs and reminders You perform the daily tasks in accounting, carry out bank bookings, tune Nostro accounts and draw up statistics as well as evaluations from financial accounting and auditing systems You are familiar with the foreign status, the AWV and the payment traffic statistics to the Deutsche Bundesbank You bring project experience with the introduction of P2P systems and are in the safe handling of these systems You communicate safely in German and English and ideally have French skills
