Head of Maintenance & Site Technology (f/m/x)

What if you want our production facilities to run reliably and to be developed actively at the same time? As Head of Maintenance & Location Technology (w/m/x), you take responsibility for the technical field of our site and shape the further development of the production in the national and international environment. Our main focus is on the technical renewal and expansion of our plant park and the expansion of sustainable production. Your core tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a six-member operational maintenance team Ensuring the technical availability of buildings, plants and machine parks Planning, control and continuous optimization of maintenance measures and maintenance concepts Management of investment and optimization projects around new plants, automation and production lines – from conception to implementation Close cooperation with production as a central Sparring partner and coordination with other internal interfaces Management and further development of cooperation with external suppliers and service providers Technical evaluation, selection and introduction of new machines and technologies further development and analysis of relevant key figures, in particular for plant availability, as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Responsibility for spare parts management, budget planning and control for investments and operating expenses Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements Cooperation on international projects and support in the development and harmonisation of production sites

This is what distinguishes you: Complete studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in engineering, maintenance or production environment Joy in building and developing technical structures and standards Detectable leadership experience as well as the ability to develop a team and work close to the employees Embossed experience in project management, in particular in investment projects in the production environment Good understanding of production processes, ideally in the areas of filling, packaging or automated production Experience with continuous improvement, e.g. in the environment of Lean Production and Kaizen Experience in cooperation with suppliers and external partners Structured and analytical working methods as well as pronounced reaction strength High social competence, team orientation and a consensus-oriented leadership style Safe handling of key figures and a good understanding of economic relationships Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
