MO/QDS is responsible for the quality of axles and axle components in the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars and AMG. As part of your internship, you will get deep insights into quality management and support our team in a variety of technical and organizational tasks. Your tasks: As part of your internship, you can support our team in operational quality management and take on your own first subtasks. You work closely with production, development, planning and other interfaces. Your activities include: Quality Management & Technology Support in the analysis and limitation of quality problems in production

Cooperation in the evaluation of complaints and derivation of measures

Support in developing product and process improvements

Participation in the preparation of technical analyses and decision templates

Support in ensuring sustainable mismatch

Projects & cooperation Working in interdisciplinary projects and working groups

Support in coordinating interfaces (e.g. production, development, logistics)

Preparation and follow-up of measures and meetings

Organization & Structure in the Team Support in structuring and organizing team tasks and projects

Creation and maintenance of overviews, reports and presentations

Participation in the development of processes, methods and procedures in the team

Takeover of special organisational and coordination tasks

The activity can begin from May/June 2026.

Study programme in the field of a technical field Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office First experiences in Q methods such as 8D, Six Sigma, 5W are desirable.
