From the first day on you are part of the team and active in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). For example, you advise clients on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We'll teach you everything important for your tasks. Your instructors are always at your side. You participate in digital training and seminars in our Academy.

You have at least one real school degree at the beginning of the training. As you have customer contact right at the start of the training, we recommend a very good German level (C2 or mother tongue level). You're open-minded and like to have contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your first priority. Many doors are open to you in the long term, for example as a branch manager*in.

Training in full-time or part-time. If you want to do a part-time training, please apply in your application. The training lasts 2.5 years (in full time). You will receive €1,400 in the first year, in the second. Year €1,470 and €1,550 in the third year (in part parttime). You have 30 days of holiday per year (in parttime). Your vocational school is usually located in the place of your training class. You will receive an educational grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer). Additional benefits are waiting for you, such as a Germany ticket, a special payment with very good or good performance in your final exam, sports and health services etc. .
