You are lovingly researching the best holiday camps and the most reliable babysitting: inside and help to facilitate family life

You answer inquiries by email and phone, answer inquiries and find the best solutions

In your interface role, you will further develop potentials from customer feedback and usage data to our Category Management and In-House Tech team

You always develop our customer communication.

You train your service-specific AI skills, work on KI Prompt Library's and identify automation potentials

You have a big heart, an open ear and the desire to help others

You speak fluent German and English
