You actively accompany change processes and support the successful implementation of transformation strategies You analyze relevant data, especially in Excel, and prepare them for further evaluation and decision-making You create meaningful overviews and evaluations that support sound decisions To continuously improve our workflows, you contribute and develop processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness The careful documentation of measures is your responsibility, as well as the consistent follow-up and implementation

You are currently a registered student (e.g. BWL, economic engineering, computer science or a comparable degree programme) You bring very good Excel skills with (forced condition) Analytical thinking and a structured way of working distinguish you You are interested in change management, process optimization and innovation You convince by self-employment, reliability and communication strength
