Support of the projects in the construction phase Establishment and determination of project budgets (order calculations) Guidance of the work costing and analysis of desired/actual comparisons Detection of performance parameters of the ongoing construction site and processing of the monthly performance report Intensive cooperation with the project management Participation in the claim management of the project and the development and calculation of potential yields Determination of Project Forecasts Creation of liquidity planning

Complete technical or commercial studies or a comparable qualification (ideally in the field of construction / construction or comparable) Very good knowledge with costing programs or Construction project mangement software, ideally RIB iTWO Knowledge/experience in the calculation of large projects are desirable Basic technical understanding Durable readiness and flexibility at the site Prevention-proof appearance and good and safe expression (also in English) Teamability and communication-strong personality

Construction contract We offer a fair remuneration according to the construction agreement.
