What you are responsible for: Training work: You take responsibility for the placement of skills, knowledge and skills in the current training professions Elektroniker (w/d/m) for industrial engineering, industrial electricians (w/d/m) and for the basic placement in electrical engineering in further training occupations

Competence development: You accompany trainees in their personal and professional development and contribute to the development of necessary skills through individual support

Quality Assurance: With your work, you will ensure the quality of training and fulfil the requirements of the target group, which are important for network operation, in addition to the education mandate according to BBiG and the Vocational Training Regulation.

Ownership: In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, you are responsible for the independent planning, organisation and implementation of the workflows together with colleagues.

Know-how: You convince yourself with reliable know-how and also actively engage in new topics, e.g. in the use of digital tools and AI in vocational training. You are willing to prove your expertise and take over additional tasks, including in the form of lectures in employee training

What distinguishes you: Qualification: A completed vocational training as an electronic engineer (w/d/m) for operating technology or a comparable qualification as well as a completed or successfully completed training as a master/technician (w/d/m) in the field of electrical engineering

Suitability: With your application you agree to a safety check and proof of personal suitability according to §§ 28-30 BBiG. Ideally, you have the training to AEVO or are willing to acquire it at a time
