Number: MER0003LY3 You actively support our developer teams and get interesting and comprehensive insights into the activities and working life of an engineer in the field of brake control system development for Mercedes-Benz Cars. With almost 100 functions, the brake control system makes driving much safer and more comfortable and supports the assistance systems in driving partially and fully autonomously. These functions are directly experienceable, fascinating and tailor-made for the respective requirements. They provide real customer benefits, ensure driving pleasure and support secure and sustainable mobility. These challenges include: Support for organisational tasks related to test vehicles (document, care, deployment planning, organisation and implementation of vehicle transfers) Support for rebuilders (workshop orders, parts procurement/logistics) Support in the organisation and handling of vehicle transport Coordination/administration of measurement technology for test vehicles Support in the planning of test drives Participation in data evaluation and error analysis Development of visualizations to simplify error analysis/data evaluation Development and implementation of tools/scripts Support in the development and documentation of processes We are looking for you as a working studentin, in an early semester with a duration of at least 6 months and 10-20 hours a week.

Course in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Technology Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge and experience in the application of programming languages (ideal: VBA/Matlab) Basic knowledge of software development Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Individual initiative, independent and solution-oriented work Communication driving licence class B Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
