Analysis of production key figures as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures for cost and earnings optimization. Initiation and implementation of process and plant optimizations in close cooperation with adjacent specialist areas. Close coordination with supervisors and interface functions as well as proactive communication of deviations, risks and suggestions for improvement.

(m/w/d) metal, plastic or rubber or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally in shift operation. Very good understanding of production processes as well as for personnel, capacity and material planning. Impressed business thinking and safe handling of key figures, cost management and economic objectives. Experience in the implementation of optimization and improvement measures as well as in the handling of quality, environmental and occupational safety requirements. Communication and strong leadership with knowledge in management and conflict techniques.
