We are looking for a full-time at the next possible time Head of Production Planning (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Responsibility for the production planning and management of customer orders Ensuring quality, cost and timely processing of all production and customer orders Control of planning processes using relevant KPIs and derivation and implementation of optimization measures Responsibility for medium and long-term capacity planning as well as creation, development and implementation of a planning and order processing strategy Introduction and application of modern planning and control methods (e.g. S&OP, Lean methods) Ensuring delivery schedule loyalty to our customers and monitoring and optimising stocks

Complete business studies or commercial training Multiannual professional experience in planning and disposition within industrial companies Experience in leadership of teams, paired with strong leadership and communication skills Secure handling of modern ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics NAV) and planning software Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Hands-On-Mentality, Enforcement and Own Initiative
