Architect / Civil Engineer as Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the project management of our housing projects and accompany them from planning to successful completion. You control tenders, awards and billing of works and ensure compliance with legal, technical and economic requirements. You are responsible for costs, dates and qualities and ensure a smooth project development. You coordinate internal and external project participants and are central contact persons for planning offices, specialist planners, service providers and authorities. You identify optimization potentials in all phases of the project and contribute to the further development of processes, standards and sustainable solutions.

You have completed their studies in architecture or civil engineering and have several years of experience in controlling construction projects, ideally in housing construction. You know the planning, procurement and construction contract law (especially HOAI and VOB) and apply the relevant regulations safely in practice. You think analytically and economically, act responsibly and keep an overview of complex projects. You communicate clearly, step up bindingly and control projects as well as project participants solution-oriented and targeted. You work safely with MS Office as well as common tendering and project management systems and bring a structured, independent way of working. You have a class B licence. .
