Your tasks:

• System operation: They take over the independent operation and continuous monitoring of modern production facilities during operation.
• Maintenance: They actively support the technology team during maintenance work to ensure a smooth and trouble-free production process.
• Care & cleaning: They carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of the plants and the associated jobs.
• Shift operation: They reliably support the production team as part of a 3-shift system.

Your profile:

• Experience: No professional experience required – you will be comprehensively and step by step. Ideal for cross-releasers who want to grasp in the industrial environment.
• Working time model: They bring the willingness to work in the 2-shift system (breakfast / late layer). Best of all: There are no night shifts! They work in a regulated 40-hour week.
• Soft Skills: They are characterized by a high level of learning, self-discipline and good self-management.
• Mobility: A separate passenger car and a valid driver's license are absolutely necessary because the place of work is not accessible by the public transport service.
• Personality: Reliability, teamability and a conscientious way of working complete your profile.
