For an exciting project in Heilbronn we are looking for someone who is willing to work directly on site in the project team three to four days a week.

Your tasks

Own-sponsored management of our projects over the entire process in the function of the operational project management (in terms of performance of the project management construction according to AHO in all areas of action) Professional leadership of the project team - internal and external Ensure the quality of the work results of the project participants Quality assurance in execution through regular construction site visits Cost controlling in the project Implementation of project analyses incl. Decision and change management and risk management Support for the acquisition of new projects Identification of additional benefits and participation in the formulation and enforcement of supplementary requirements Quality assurance of the work results of specialist project engineers and project engineers, work students, as well as interns

Complete studies, preferably civil engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with appropriate orientation Mind. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of project management and planning and administrative law (HOAI, VgV, VOB) Impressed ability to prioritize and self-responsible and structured working while at the same time high team capacity Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance Motivation, hand-on mentality and high learning readiness Team spirit – you like to work independently, but never alone High readiness for professional and personal development Valid driving permit, as we always perceive appointments on site at the site
