We are envy my people – an owner-managed Frankfurt agency focusing on people, promotion and events. We are a small, experienced team and work directly, uncomplicatedly and with a lot of personal responsibility. For our customers we plan and implement promotional applications, personal bookings and events – from the first request to the planning and implementation. We are looking for someone who really likes people: for customers, promoters: inside, service providers and their own team. Someone who not only manages projects at the desk, but likes to communicate, organize, take responsibility and get out.

You will actively develop our existing customers in the field of promotion, personnel and event. You're looking for new customers and acquisitions and are open to potential customers. You build our network in Frankfurt and beyond together with us. You want to go with us at events, events and industry meetings and represent envy my people to the outside. You plan and tax promotion and personnel operations – from request to billing. You take care of personal planning, disposition and booking of our promoters: inside and hosting. You take your own projects and are a reliable contact person for your customers. You create offers, calculations, timings and project plans. You coordinate freelancers, service providers and personnel. If necessary, you are on site at events and promotions and have fun not only to plan projects but also to experience them live. You keep budgets, quality and timing in mind. You support us in billing promotional and personnel assignments. A real plus If you are also fit in preparatory accounting and do not have any fears of contact with invoices, documents and numbers, we are particularly pleased. This is not a pure accounting agency – our focus is clearly on project management, customers and personnel. In our small team, however, it is a big plus if you can also think about administrative issues and take responsibility.

You already have professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency, in the event, promotional or personnel field. You know staff disposition and/or promotion and you know that between booking and successful use sometimes a lot can happen. You want customer contact and don't hide behind emails. You can build relationships and ideally already have experience in customer development or acquisition. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You are hands-on and do not wait for every next step to be given to you. You want a small team, short ways and real responsibility. You are open, communicative and have fun getting out, getting to know new people and making contacts. You are safe to use office and project management tools. You can calculate, keep budgets in mind and Excel doesn't scare you. You speak very good German and good English.
