As a Breakfast Supervisor (d/w/m), you are the first respondent in the morning and, together with your team, make sure that our guests start their day with a perfect breakfast experience. You warmly welcome our guests, have everything in mind and make sure that every wish is met quickly and attentively. At the same time, you take responsibility for the smooth running of the breakfast service and actively support your team in daily business. Your positive way is – both guests and colleagues. With your attention to detail and your service experience, you create an atmosphere where guests feel welcome and well looked after. You already have experience in a similar position. You love to give tips to guests at the à la carte breakfast selection. Ideally, you bring first experience in team leadership or coordination. You work structured, reliable and keep an overview even in stressful moments. You have the pleasure of visiting and a pronounced service orientation. You take responsibility and move forward as a model for your team. You communicate clearly and actively support your colleagues in everyday work.
