For our team quality we are looking for a:n specialist from 01.03.2025:in occupational safety with a weekly working time of 39.0 hours. The working time is distributed between Monday and Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

Your duties as a specialist:in occupational safety: You support the implementation of the management system for safety and health at work (ISO 45001). You create and update security-relevant documents and adapt policies, operating instructions and specifications to new internal and external requirements. You initiate and monitor the training and further training as well as special function providers (first helpers, fire protection workers, safety officers, etc.). You have a central control and monitoring function for the versatile topics of occupational safety: from the planning of workplace visits to the elimination of deficiencies from the visit reports within the individual workshops, to compliance with radiation protection regulations and the operation of the legal catastrophe tool “Eticor”. You support Business Continuity Management (BCM) with a focus on updating BCM documentation and coordinating emergency and crisis plans. You participate in projects and take over ad hoc topics You will start reporting on occupational safety-related key figures (e.g. accident numbers, etc.).
