You plan and organize goods shipment, envelope and storage as well as other logistical services. You control and monitor the interaction of the people and facilities involved in logistics chains. You provide insurance cover and take into account customs and external provisions. You correspond and communicate with foreign business partners and customers in English and process English-language documents. You convey customer wishes, advise and treat customers. You process customer complaints and carry out payment transactions and transactions of the Mahnwesen.

You have successfully passed a good degree or a comparable degree. You are contactful and open-minded and impress us with good language skills. You are interested in new and a hectic everyday life does not throw you around.
