Request, technical design and development of the award decision of tools, devices and teachings for new projects and changes

Implementation of project start-up support for assigned projects. Creating projects in the project start tool. assigning and controlling tasks to relevant departments. Initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations

Implementation of defined tasks in project management (PAD)

IATF 16949 focuses on processes

Guidance of correspondence with customers and suppliers

Development and management of a monthly report in coordination with the factory management

Support and close cooperation with sales, project management, production management in operational daily business

Technical vocational training (ideal to the tool mechanic) or comparable completion with multiannual professional experience Continuing training for master or technician Experiences in the field plastic outer skin components automobile Very good knowledge of manufacturing plastic parts in PUR and injection molding technical design of tools, devices, teachings Preparation of plastic parts Deburring of plastic parts VDA standards and customer standards

Very good computer skills (SAP S4 Hana, MS Office) Safe application of presentation techniques Safe negotiation techniques for internal and external negotiations Professional handling of customers and suppliers Safe handling of CVP methods CAD knowledge Knowledge in the field of molecular flow analysis
