Your tasks Strategy & Process Optimization: You continuously develop and optimize our service processes while complying with the latest legislation and corporate strategies through standardization and automation. Project management: You jointly guide the project to implement billing software and to integrate legal requirements, in close cooperation with our IT partners. Invoicing processing: You control the entire accounting process, including input and output accounting, plausibility check, and ensure data quality. clarification management: You advise on the solution of contradictions and escalations and act as a contact person for complex questions. Customer service: As the first contact person for heat billing-relevant topics, you advise our network and coordinate communication with partners. Team culture: You support a cooperative and targeted team culture that supports continuous performance improvement and cooperation. Controlling & Reporting: You support economic and budget planning through targeted monitoring and reporting of relevant key figures. Compliance & Right: You always have a look at compliance with legal requirements That's what you bring Closed commercial training, preferably as a real estate businessman/wife At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position within the real estate sector or energy industry Very good knowledge of MS Office; Experience with SAP, Datev or similar accounting software is advantageous. Knowledge of the operating and heating cost regulation and the relevant energy laws. Embossed organisational skills and initial experience in project management are desirable.
