You take over the technical control and guidance of the external shared service partner in the field of main accounting and ensure a high degree of quality and professional stability of the processes. You are responsible for ensuring correct monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. In addition, check and assess complex booking procedures (e.g. provisions, boundaries, intercompany consultations and assessment topics). You perform quality assurances in the SAP R/3 (FI module) and ensure consistent and audit-proof accounting. In addition, analyze and solve critical issues in the final and reporting environment. You conduct root cause analyses and ensure the sustainable remedy of recurring errors. Ensuring clear and efficient voting processes (e.g. account voting, Intercompany compensation) is also part of your task. In case of SLA violations or quality defects, you take over the escalation against the external service provider. You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the field of main book / General Ledger, ideally in a senior function. You have a well-founded knowledge of accounting according to HGB and have strong financial security. You bring deep experience in handling SAP R/3 (FI). Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with shared service centers. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical competence and a structured and solution-oriented manner. In addition, you can convince by enforcing strength as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Experiences in governance or transformation fields are advantageous.
