VG Schoepe Berlin is a medium-sized company and stands for a complex range of services for the development, production and logistics of high-quality short-term displays made of cardboard and corrugated board for the POS. Creating offers and coordination of complete order processing with the help of our ERP system correspondence with customers and intensive customer support Performance and appointment coordination as well as coordination with the departments External services, development, planning, production, quality management and logistics Disposition of storage materials as well as material requests and orders from external suppliers Creating shipping plans and distributors according to customer specifications Creation of customs invoices, implementation of customs declaration in the Atlas system Invoicing after delivery of orders Participation in complaint processing

a completed commercial vocational training multiannual professional experience in the field of sales services independent, structured and solution-oriented, as well as a team of conscientious and result-oriented work (even in stressful situations) safe handling of MS Office applications very good knowledge of German in word and writing good English skills in word and writing
