Together with your team, you will ensure a reliable and timely pay bill (SAP HCM) You are a contact person for our employees and executives – by email, phone and Microsoft teams You address accounting issues, including the implementation of tariff regulations, in particular the Federal Assembly Agreement (BMTV), as well as other legal and operational requirements You take care and administration of personal master data and time recording and work with external bodies (e.g. social security institutions, authorities) You work on the optimization, further development and digitization of our HR processes and closely with the areas of personnel, finance and controlling

Ideally completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman:wife, Kaufmann:frau für Büromanagement, Steuerfachangestellten:r, Personaldienstleistungshandelmann:frau, or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in pay billing and sound expertise, especially in BMTV Very good knowledge of tax and social security law Fun on structured work and an eye for details Lust for digital processes, virtual collaboration and modern tools Communication strength and joy in contact with employees Interest in developing processes actively
