Product Manager Facade & Cast-In for Central Europe (m/f/d)

In the role as Product Manager Facade & Cast-In for Central Europe (m/w/d), you can optimally introduce your passion for and expertise in facade construction and shape the strategic orientation of this segment. Your tasks As a product manager Fassade & Cast-In (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic management of the product portfolio for the Central Europe region. You work closely with the global development and marketing departments to successfully manage time-to-market projects. Strategy-compliant management of the product portfolio as well as responsibility for new product launches in the façade & Cast-In area as well as development and implementation of internal and external marketing activities Ensuring the sustainable development of competence within the organization by carrying out trainings for sales, technical marketing and product management Develop appropriate communication materials and marketing measures in coordination with global, regional and local stakeholders Identification of new business segments through trend and competition analysis as well as evaluation of market potentials and definition of convincing value propositions including price strategy Implementation of necessary measures to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the product portfolio with the objective of product and market leadership Participation in the annual marketing planning of the region of Central Europe and its implementation Structure and analysis of relevant key figures (e.g. turnover, volume, profitability, market share)

Successfully completed technical master or diploma studies, ideally in civil engineering At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of facade construction Very good competencies in stakeholder management ideally in the context of an agile and international matrix organization High affinity for technical products and willingness to learn Proven high analytical talent paired with solution-oriented hand-on mentality Excellent communication skills in German and English
