You carry out maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems and thus ensure smooth operation. The monitoring and technical protection of humidity and temperature values in the dry rooms, including the maintenance of control technology, are also part of your work. Quick diagnoses, professional troubleshooting of sanitary facilities and the support of the team in troubleshooting are your tasks. You will also support the planning and implementation of modernisation measures in building technology. You coordinate the maintenance and repair work carried out with strict compliance with all occupational safety, quality and environmental requirements.

A successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK) or a comparable qualification is the ideal prerequisite for the position. You bring relevant professional experience in the maintenance of technical equipment as well as in building technology and know very well in the troubleshooting.
