We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Real Estate Manager in the role of owner and user representation. You develop innovative campus operating concepts, drive them forward and optimise our real estate portfolio both for operational excellence and for the satisfaction of users – always with a keen look at the economy and sustainability. Development and implementation of new, efficient processes to increase effectiveness and user experience Conducting analyses of existing operational and facility management processes to identify potential improvements Implementation of Smart Building Technologies to Improve Facility Management Processes and Services Close cooperation and coordination between internal departments and external service providers Definition of requirements and participation in the creation of KPIs and reporting systems in the context of campus operation

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, facility management, architecture or comparable qualifications. (multiannual) experience in facility or process management, ideally in the context of large objects, campi or (city) quarters as well as sound knowledge in lean management Extensive understanding of the financial principles related to real estate, with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI Embossed analytical thinking and strong problem-solving competence. Excellent communication skills (in very good German and English) and a team-oriented way of working.
