You develop a central concept for occupational safety, which is considered a binding standard for all our branches in Germany. With your view for the essentials, you monitor compliance with all relevant German occupational safety laws. In close coordination with our branch managers and external partners, you coordinate the implementation of our occupational safety standards. You make sure that all measures and initiatives to comply with occupational safety are not only planned but also implemented effectively. You will be happy to share your knowledge: you advise and support our employees: in all questions about occupational safety, health and safety at work. With care and system, you manage our Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable data sources and keep track of topicality and structure. In addition, you will always support our HR Operations team in maintaining our HR systems and databases – from employee files to current documents – in line with our HR policies.

Your foundation: A completed commercial training – ideally in logistics – and first experience in human resources with a focus on occupational safety and health. You've already shown what's in you: At least two years of professional experience in the field of work, health and safety you bring. Communication is in your blood – you will certainly appear, think service-oriented and know how to speak with people at eye level. Teamwork is more than a keyword for you: You like to work with others and appreciate a strong relationship. You keep an overview, even if it gets a lot – with strong self-organisation and good time management. Changes? You don't frighten you, You awaken your will to design. Your drive: You work solution-oriented, targeted and with a clear focus on results. And by the way: You can express yourself well in English and German – both oral and written.
