Manager Corporate M&A – Finance Fokus (m/f/d)

As part of our Corporate M&A team, you work in an experienced, transaction-proven environment with high visibility in the Group. As part of our further development, we are specifically strengthening the financial expertise within the M&A team. This role is aimed in particular at professionals with background in the field of Transaction Services – ideally from one of the leading audit companies – who want to use their expertise in an entrepreneurial context. Your tasks: You are responsible for the finance workstream within our international M&A projects – both on the purchase and sales page. You control financial due diligence processes, including coordination of external consultants. You design and negotiate purchase price mechanisms, accompany the creation of Closing Accounts and contribute to parts of the purchase contract with financial reference. You analyze business plans and assessment models, perform scenario calculations and accompany external reviews and PPAs. You predict balance sheet, P&L and cash flow effects of transactions and agree closely with accounting, controlling, tax, treasury and operating units. You evaluate strategic projects with regard to their financial advantage and give recommendations for decisions.

Your profile: At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or a comparable transactional environment. Deep understanding of M&A processes and financial mechanisms such as EV to Equity Bridges, purchase price adjustments and closing accounts. Successfully completed studies in finance, accounting or comparable. Embossed analytical skills, high result orientation and joy in cross-functional cooperation. Self-working, high readiness and the ability to manage stakeholders without direct reporting. Negotiating English skills, other languages of advantage.
