In the private customer Bank – Commercial Banking we offer customers a contemporary mix of branches, online stores, online and mobile banking as well as video and telephone consulting. In a modern environment, we advise holistically and according to requirements with a wide range of solutions for every situation of our customers. Position type: Part-time Welcome management and first contact person for all customers:in particular in the area of switch/casses and SB zone Responsibility for the proper settlement of the cash transaction, if present in the branch Individual handling of services directly at the customer or proper transfer of SMART BANKING Customer contact with the customer care units or the consultant team Proactive display of the customer-friendly omnichannel services offered by the bank (including transfer to SB devices and active response of customers: in direct and mobile banking, use of remote and digital channels) Proactive customer address of the HVB valyou benefit program as well as querying consent declarations and completeness of customer data such as e-mail and mobile phone Frictionless transfer of customers:inside and non-customers:inside (VKB, Business Easy, Private Banking and SMART BANKING) Agreement of customer appointments for customer advisors:inside (VKB, Private Banking and SMART BANKING) Acquisition of organisational tasks such as material ordering, equipment waiting area New customer acquisition by active address and recommendation management Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service as well as acceptance and adequate handling of possible customer complaints Consistent application of the applicable regulatory regulations within the scope of job-specific responsibility

Training as a banking businessman or comparable commercial qualification Bank's sales and branch experience Basic knowledge on the performance of Commercial Banking Extensive knowledge and affinity for bank omnichannel management (e.g. digital distribution channels) Good knowledge of current processes and guidelines Safe handling of relevant IT systems such as switch-cash applications, CRM, direct and mobile banking and SB devices Systematic, reliable and structured operation Embossed service and service understanding Self-conscious personality with competent appearance Impressed communication strength and joy in contact with customers Excellent team capability Commitment and flexibility in everyday work Willingness to further develop service and sales skills
