Project management:

Focus on planning, organisation and accompaniment of new products that MEGGLE enriches in wages for other companies - from commissioning to the development and sampling phase to commercial production Direct cooperation with the customer regarding our services: spray drying, agglomeration, mixing and evaporation Coordination and cooperation in production and quality documentation (e.g. production of factory instructions or product specifications) as well as cross-functional cooperation with the fields of production, quality and work safety to ensure the requirements Support of the team during the further development and construction of the Contract Manufacturing business unit, in particular with a view to commissioning a new spray tower (2025) and future investments Process management:

Building and ensuring optimal processes and processes on the new spray tower - in particular with regard to compliance with customer requirements, regulatory requirements and internal safety guidelines as well as production instructions (e.g. hygiene requirements for infant products), quality, performance enhancement and cost reduction Continuous control of production results (OEE data, yields, in-process controls, etc.) Participation in inspections and audits on production-relevant topics Control of production-side validation projects (GMP/GDP - Pharma & Infant) Deviation, CAPA and TPM measures Participation in the technical management, training, integration and motivation of several plant drivers*

Complete studies, preferably in the field of food technology, or comparable technical training with further qualification as master or technician At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with experience in independent project work Knowledge of industrial production processes, preferably in food processing Impressed organisational skills and high self-initiative and problem-solving competence Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a structured, solution-oriented way of working High level of team capacity and strong communicative competence in dealing with different stakeholders Experience in handling SAP, preferably with process-related modules Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
