Overview of your tasks • Training support: You support the technical trainers in their daily training activities and help our junior staff to be optimally supported. • Pre- and post-processing: You prepare training contents, documents and practical exercises in a structured manner. • Care for learners: You accompany trainees and pupils in the training workshop and promote their practical development. • Organization & Projects: You contribute to the planning and implementation of training measures, projects and exam preparation. • Administrative tasks: You support the documentation, scheduling and evaluation of learning progress and thus ensure transparent processes. • Further development: You bring ideas to the optimization of learning materials and training processes and thus actively shape the quality of training.

This brings you – expertise meets commitment (m/w/d) in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, mechatronics or a comparable technical course • Interest in vocational training and cooperation with young people • Structured, reliable and responsible operation • Communication strength, patience and a friendly appearance • First practical experience in the technical environment or in the care of learners is of advantage, but no need
