About us – Team Manufacturing Planning & Work Preparation Rohbau Mannheim In the Rohbau team we create the framework conditions so that our colleagues can work economically, safely, ergonomically and at high quality levels – from the first idea to the stable series operation. As an interface between development and production, we actively participate in the production processes and introduce our expertise in a targeted manner. We plan, optimize and standardize production processes, ensure timely implementation and continuously drive innovations in raw construction. In close cooperation with our partners in the international production network, we take over the lead planning for other locations for sub-areas and thus actively shape the future and transformation of the Mannheim site. WAS DICH ERWARTET Planning of existing, new and change parts using complex manufacturing processes and sequences as well as complete new planning taking into account new technologies Plans and fine plans of operations and sequences incl. Prediction times after work-scientific and economic findings Creation of calculations for own and external production as well as setting up dates and capacity plans Test, optimize and stimulate changes in technical documentation, design specifications and raw material forms for optimal feasibility Controlling, monitoring and evaluation of production tests to introduce new processing methods Plan and optimize complex equipment including Functional scope, design, capacity and occupancy planning carrying out workflow and time studies according to REFA/scientific methods; derivation and reasons for presetting times Monitoring of the utilisation of jobs, determination of labour demand, timing and restarting Cross-departmental coordination with design, production, production control, quality, purchasing, logistics and works council

THERE WHAT YOU WANT TO UN You bring this with you: completed technical studies (min. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) ideally with work science/production orientation REFA qualification (e.g. REFA engineer) or comparable proven work science expertise Multiannual professional experience in the production planning of complex processes, preferably in the near-growing environment Very good knowledge of SAP/R3, MS Office, CAMOS and BOS production system Safe application of modern manufacturing processes (steel/alu processing, adhesive/coating processes) as well as experience in the analysis and optimization of production processes Experience in the implementation of time studies, timing plans and deriving rationalization measures German language skills in word and writing Very good English skills in word and writing
